A 100 year old Tudor gets a long overdue makeover by removing a screened porch on the rear of the house & replacing it with a deck along with a raised terrace & ground level terrace,

The rear half of the first floor was remodeled to create an amazing kitchen with a separate bar, while the adjacent breakfast banquette, dining room & den were remodeled to improve flow & usability.
