We hired Brad to remodel our house when my husband’s life was changed forever by paralysis. His attitude was cool and professional, which helped during the days when there was no calm and only upheaval. He was creative and flexible, assessing what was going to be needed regarding my husband’s accessibility issues and offering suggestions and exploring ideas. His planning skills were excellent and provided lots of opportunity to think about and change things as we went along. There were changes made along the way, and those were made because he wanted what was right for us, the clients. These qualities made dealing with him easy, despite the chaos. The plans were well drawn & clear, and he worked well with our contractor and others connected to the project.
