He is a fast thinker and a fast talker. Extremely thorough. An e-mailer! Rave references. Crucial for us was his flexibility with level of services. We hired him for a large job/small budget in an upscale town. Were impressed when we gave him wish list and he got everything we wanted on the first try! No joke.
