I am a builder/GC of high-end residential construction and have worked on several projects with Brad including current projects. I’ve worked with many architects in 20 years and Brad has far exceeded my expectations. He is prompt, reliable, a great problem solver. Brad sincerely cares about EVERY project as if it were his own home. Seems no matter what I throw at him he doesn’t miss a step either in details or time frame. His vision for projects and ability to listen to the client’s needs is refreshing in an industry of people who don’t seem to care enough. I really enjoy working with Brad and appreciate the relationship and friendship we have developed. I look forward to many years of additional successful projects.
