An essential skill in providing architectural services is listening and communicating well.
Brad is great at teasing out the way in which a client will use the space and their design preferences and is talented at aligning those two aspects- which can be very challenging. We have worked with Brad over the span of 20 years on multiple projects and find his design sense to be excellent, the breadth of his experience is very extensive and his ability to stay current and ahead of building science is ongoing.
