As a residential contractor I have worked with many architects over the years. When it came to picking an architect for my own house, I turned to DeMotte Architects. After working with Brad on projects for our mutual customers, I knew he would make the process enjoyable for my wife and I. With limited time during my day, Brad was always willing to meet with me in the evenings and came prepared with creative designs and multiple scenarios. Brad is meticulous in his details and always remembers to include the customers’ ideas in his designs.
Brad’s knowledge of the construction industry and applicable codes makes the process move smoothly from the design stages thru the permitting process. Having a detailed and accurate set of construction drawings makes the whole job move smoothly during the construction process. Subcontractors are able move through the project without delay with all questions answered before work starts.
