Having recently completed a major house renovation with Brad, we are happy to provide our full recommendation without reservation. From the initial stages to the completion of the project, Brad was incredible to work with. The combination of his expertise and easy going manner, made the whole process enjoyable for us. From the beginning of the project Brad was very hands on, listening to our every word then using his expertise to actualize concepts that would meet our needs in a house while being incredibly visually appealing. He was incredibly patient and thoughtful in working with us. As this was our first time working on such a big project this really helped make the process enjoyable. At the end of the initial phase of the project, he delivered a plan that was exactly what we wanted, our dream house. He was always prompt and accurate in his timing and cost assessments. Subsequent to his delivery of plans for our house, Brad remained an invaluable player throughout the entire approval and construction process. He helped us through the complex approval, bidding, and overall construction process. Once again, he was always available with prompt responses to both construction and basic aesthetics questions. I never had to wait for a response from Brad. Brad remained an active participant through the completion of the project. In the end, we would wholeheartedly recommend Brad and would without a doubt use him for future projects.
