Our project involved the complete demolition of our house and the design and build of a new house. From the outset, Brad was a pleasure to work with, always punctual, responsive and professional. He is patient, a terrific listener and brings a welcomed sense of calm and humor to what could otherwise become a stressful endeavor. With an impressive breadth of knowledge of classic colonial architecture backed by decades of experience, Brad masterfully translated our design wishlist into our dream home. He openly expressed his opinions without being dismissive and offered sensible, cost-effective alternatives when appropriate. Brad was an excellent resource in helping us select products and materials, and more importantly, helping us select a builder. After a rigorous interview and review process, we ended up selecting a builder recommended by Brad, and could not have been happier with our experience. Brad was available throughout the building phase to answer questions, although we rarely needed to call upon him due to the extremely detailed nature of his design drawings. Nevertheless, he was ready with guidance or to execute changes as the project progressed. Without reservation, I would absolutely use Brad again for another project and recommend him to others. We are thrilled with the finished product and grateful to Brad and his team for the crucial role they played.
