Brad designed and created construction drawings for the interior and exterior renovation of our new home. He was attentive and patient throughout the entire process and always willing to hear our thoughts and explain why it may or may not work. He undoubtedly understands all of the engineering and building requirements for a home while maintaining all of the aesthetic details that one desires. The construction drawings he created for our renovation are thorough and extremely detailed which was confirmed by our contractor throughout the renovation. We are in the final phase of our renovation now and are thrilled with the outcome of Brad’s design.
