Brad DeMotte was terrific to work with: professional, easy-going, responsive and responsible. He helped us work through the many decisions we faced and offered as much support and advice as possible. It was a huge move for us and because we didn’t have much time to get everything done, it was a tense time for us. Brad changed the plans in accordance with the building and the city. He always did what he promised, and more. He remained calm when we weren’t and offered lots of solutions. He’s both practical and creative. Now, if he would just be our contractor!
