Brad is a pleasure to work with. He is an excellent communicator and responds to emails and phone calls extremely promptly. It’s easy to make modifications to plans, since he works quickly. And while he has plenty of ideas to suggest, he is always open to hearing what the client has to say. We’ve used him for several projects and have been very pleased. He also worked well with our contractors and provided valuable help to us during the construction process. I’ve recommended him many times to friends.
