Brad DeMotte’s firm has done two projects for us. The first was 15 years ago in our Darien 1955 Classic Center Hall Colonial. The job consisted of several additions, a kitchen enlargement and remodel, a family room and master bedroom suite addition, as well as adjustments to the exterior to improve the aesthetics. He also drew the plans for a new blue stone patio. Brad was very easy to work with, talented and very meticulous. I am an artist and designer and therefore was very particular and knew what I wanted. The house was transformed into a 5 bedroom home that had a beautiful flow and looked consistent. He made several visits to check that the construction was proceeding as drawn. We were obviously happy with his work as we hired him again after moving to do a small update and remodel on our new beach cottage home. We remodeled several spaces to become a mudroom/laundry room and added a powder room, as well as partially removing a wall between the dining room and kitchen.
